North America's largest ski resort, Powder Mountain is just 40 miles away. Take the family to Lagoon water/amusement park; 12 miles. Also, do some great hiking and see Antelope Island National Park just 15 miles away. Medical professionals, Layton Intermountain Hospital is just 3 miles away. We are about 10 minutes from the South gate for Hill AFB come visit family. We would also love the chance to host you and your little furry friend if you need a place to stay! The space Our space is broken up with the upstairs being a three bedroom two bath upstairs apartment. We also have an electric fireplace that produces heat and a 72in smart TV with a roku for your use upstairs. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with pots and pans and necessary cooking utensils in the upstairs kitchen. Our downstairs space is a two bedroom one bath basement apartment. There is a washer and dryer in both the upstairs and downstairs laundry room (2 separate washer and dryers great for large families!). The bathroom tub downstairs is jetted. The entire backyard is available for your used during your stay. We also have an electric fireplace that produces heat and a 65in smart TV with a roku in the downstairs living room. The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with pots and pans and necessary cooking utensils as well in the downstairs kitchen. Guest access You have two entrances into the space. There is a door separately the upstairs and downstairs which is lockable from both sides. Code will be provided prior to check in.
