The space 🏡 HOUSE RULES 😊 We want you to feel at home while also keeping our place safe, clean, and comfortable for everyone. Kindly take a moment to read our house rules: ⸻ General Guidelines • All guests must be authorized and registered before check-in. • Please turn off all appliances (air-con, lights, etc.) when leaving the unit. • No food inside the bedroom. • Strictly No Smoking 🚭 • Do not pour oil, especially cooking oil, into the kitchen sink. • Maximum of 2 guests only are allowed to stay overnight and additional 500/head in case there are other guest (total max of 4 pax in the unit) ⸻ Fees & Deposits (Guests staying a month or more) • A refundable security deposit of Php 10,000 applies for a (1) month stay. • Electricity is free up to Php 3,500/month (normal usage). Any excess will be charged accordingly. Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out. • Any damage to furniture or appliances will be charged. ⸻ Amenities Pool & Gym • Pool fee: Regular days – Php 150/head | Weekends & Holidays – Php 300/head. • Please inform us at least one day before if you plan to use the pool. • Pool schedule: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Daily) | Mondays – main pool closed for cleaning (medium pools open). • Gym use is only for guests staying one month or more. ⸻ Cleanliness • Clean As You Go. • If trash bins are full, kindly bring them to the garbage room beside the elevator. ⸻ I. Kitchen 🍳 • Available for stays of 2 nights or more. • Please use the range hood while cooking to avoid smoke (CO2 detector may trigger and security will check). • Only wooden kitchenware is allowed on frying pans (no stainless spoons/forks). • Be mindful when cooking with strong smoke/odors. ⸻ II. Bathroom 🚿 • Be careful with the water heater (recommended setting: 34°–35°). • Complimentary sanitary essentials & towels provided. • Please do not step on the toilet bowl. ⸻ III. Dining Nook 🍽️ • Dining set available for use. • Always use placemats for hot food & drinks. • Do not sit on the dining nook table—it may break. ⸻ IV. Living Room 📺 • TV remote is inside the cabinet. Please turn off the TV before sleeping. • Sofa bed available for use. • Use placemats on the center table for hot/cold drinks. ⸻ V. Bedroom 🛏️ • No eating or food allowed on the bed. • Please avoid staining the bed linens. • Do not sit on the study table. ⸻ VI. Balcony 🌿 • Do not lean or sit on the aircon outdoor unit or piping. • Be mindful not to throw or drop anything over the balcony railings. ⸻ 🙏 Thank you very much for your cooperation.
