Charming older home Located 5 minutes from Promedica Hospital and walking distance of University of Toledo campus, this classic 2 level home has been lovingly maintained. The home features many amenities such as a 55in smart TV, comfy sofa and chairs, 3 upstairs bedrooms w/ memory foam mattresses- Queen/Queen/Twin/Twin. 1.5 bathrooms. The property is decorated to include items from our travels to Egypt. We have also included Arabic coffee, traditional coffee making items, and Arabic tea. The space You will find comfortable bedrooms with walk in closets, and alarm clocks with charging pads for your phones. This property features many amenities to make your stay memorable, including heated bidets in the bathrooms. We have stocked the kitchen with Columbian coffee, Arabic coffee, and Arabic tea. The kitchen also features an assortment of items to prepare your meals during your stay. This property is decorated with many items from our travels to Egypt. This unique space is comfortable and will make your stay memorable. Guest access Guests have access to the living space. There is a locked storage room in the basement and the garage which are not accessible. If you are staying for an extended period or the outdoor garbage can is full, please place if by the street on Thursday evening as trash pick-up usually takes place at 7:00 am Friday morning.
