Tiny home in South Ayrshire

Nestled in a quiet location - just a two-minute walk from Royal Troon golf course and the beach. Wisteria Lodge is a self-contained one-bed ground floor cottage annexe with its own front door and off-road parking. There’s also a sofa bed in the lounge. It’s less than a mile walk into the town centre of Troon with its mix of unique shops, bars, restaurants and the station with easy links to Glasgow. The space Wisteria Lodge is a self-contained ground floor cottage annexe. Own front door access to hall / dressing room which leads to a bedroom with a king size bed, wall-mounted TV and en-suite shower room. On the other side of the hall is a lounge with double bed settee which can be made up to sleep another two guests. (Please let us know in advance if you want to use so we can provide bed linen and make up the bed. Guests using the sofa bed will need to go through the bedroom to access the en suite.) The lounge has a kitchenette with a mini oven/hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a drop leaf table and four chairs. The single storey self-contained annexe is attached to the host’s home but is private. There is off road parking for a car on the shared driveway outside. Guest access All of the lodge.
