Close to destinations like Nainital, Bhimtal and Sattal all within 20-30 min the home is well equipped with modern amenities, Balcony, back Garden, terrace, and Car parking. Rose Villa has been built and designed in such a way to provide our guests an authentic taste of comfortable and beautiful mountain life. The space Naukuchiatal is one of the places surrounded by hills from each side, having a beautiful Valley and a gorgeous Lake. Naukuchiatal lake is situated at 5 min distance from our homestay. We have a double floor house having a ground floor and a 1st floor. one drives in from the main road onto the car parking located at the ground floor. Rose Villa, the Two bedroom home is located on the 1st floor. It has One large bedroom, One small bedroom, and One Bathroom. Rose Villa can accommodate up to 3 guests. It is having a King Size bed in the large bedroom and a single bed in the smaller bedroom. A very beautiful view of the hills is visible from both the bedrooms, television is also available in the large Bedroom, the small bedroom connects to a large balcony from where a beautiful view of the valley is visible. the large balcony connects to the terrace through stairs from where you can see hills all around. The sunsets are especially amazing. You can also visit various places of the kumaon region through one day trips leaving before or after breakfast and coming back by evening to spend a beautiful and comfortable night at Rose Villa. The Host lives on the ground floor. Beside taking care of your lovely and comfortable stay at Rose Villa the host can also provide delightful home cooked food at very reasonable and affordable prices. Guests can enjoy very tasty home cooked food sitting on the terrace facing the hills or the valley enjoying the cool breeze under the Moonlight. Guest access Our guests will have access to the two bedroom home, car parking, Balcony facing the valley and the terrace facing the hills. Other things to note Guests are required to show a valid government Id which could be either Aadhar Card, Voter Id, Driving Licence Or Passport. PAN card will not be accepted as an Id proof.
