Lovely Apt/Room in Ditmas Park, BK

The room in this apartment is quiet, and gets great light throughout the day. It's in a great, relaxed neighborhood in Brooklyn, only 30 minutes away from Union Square by subway. The space This space is perfect if you want a quiet and spacious place to stay in Brooklyn, but is only 30 minutes away from Union Square. The neighborhood here has great local shops, bakeries, coffee shops, bars and restaurants, a couple of which were featured in New York Magazine's best cheap eats in New York City, and is close to Prospect Park! You will be sharing the apartment with myself and my roommate, but you will have a bedroom all to yourself. We are clean, laid back and like to paint, listen to music and watch movies. Don't feel pressure to spend time with us, I just want to give you an idea of how we are :). You will have access to common rooms (kitchen, living room, eating room, my bedroom) in addition to the bedroom. This apartment is in a sweet neighborhood in Brooklyn, it's quiet, close to Prospect Park, and had great cafes, shops, bars and restaurants in the area. The apartment itself is quite spacious and quiet. The Q train is 3 block away, and is a 30 minute ride to Union Square. The F train is about 15 minutes away walking west. I am looking to rent this for the full 30 days. During your stay My roommate and I will be in the apartment. We are filling the third bedroom while we look for a new roommate. Other things to note I am looking to rent this for the full 30 days. It would be ideal for someone who will be working during the week!
