Guest access A caretaker and a housekeeper will be present for check-in and will be at your disposal throughout the trip. Other things to note IMPORTANT: We would like to inform our dear customers that: - For Moroccan or mixed couples (if one of the spouses is of Moroccan nationality) a marriage certificate is mandatory and must be presented at check-in. - Guests are strictly forbidden from bringing or consuming illegal substances within the accommodation or residence. - Sex tourism is strictly forbidden under penalty of immediate eviction and prosecution. - You are asked to adopt a good attitude towards the neighbourhood (quiet hours between 11pm and 8am) and to respect local customs and mores. Parties and other events are not permitted. - In the event of failure to comply with the nuisance rules, the agency reserves the right to evict tenants before the end of their stay. - Any additional guests must be declared to the host. - Only families, couples and mixed groups are allowed in our accommodation, according to the rules governing the residence. - Regarding the use of the pool and balconies, the tenant is responsible for his family and children, the Agency waives all liability in case of negligence on the part of the Tenant.
