Cabin in Monticello

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfect for anyone looking to spend a couple days in the country. Wether your rocking on the porch, or hiking around the 4 miles of trails on our 320 acres, there’s plenty to explore while visiting. The house has a 1200 sq ft great room/ kitchen area that provides the perfect place spread out and relax when we’re not exploring the woods. The space The house is used as my family’s camp. It’s nothing extravagant, but provides a clean, air conditioned place to rest our heads. The camp is sprayed monthly for insect and pest. The bunks are twin sized, we have 2 queens and a full size bed, and 2 sofas. Towels and linens are provided. There’s also a washer and dryer upstairs if needed. Guest access When you rent the house, you have access to all 320 acres we own. About 70 acres is old cut over, and approximately 250 acres is old hardwood timber. There’s a good trail system that runs almost 4 miles to the very back edge of the property, and a map in the camp showing the boundaries. Other things to note Anything at the camp is yours to use while there. We have an indoor and outdoor fridge and freezer. Fire pit and bbq pit are also available.
