It is not far to Luxembourg, Bitburg or Prüm. This house is especially suitable for craftsmen, service technicians, fitters and business travelers. For work teams or fitters, long-term assignments in Luxembourg, Bitburg, Prüm or Neuerburg can be carried out optimally from here. Assembly teams or a group of craftsmen and fitters working together on a construction site or at a job site can be accommodated together in one place as a team. In this way, the costs for the return transport to the construction site can be reduced and the sense of togetherness of the employees among themselves can be strengthened. Other things to note Parking - You can usually park a car right on the side of the road in front of the house. However, since the road is quite narrow, you should definitely allow passage for other road users at all times and therefore park very close to the wall. However, vans should park in the free parking lot on Johannisplatz, which is 50 m away.
