Rental unit in Leipzig

My cozy apartment offers you everything you need for a multi-month stay in Leipzig. On about 70 m², a comfortable bedroom and a large open living, working and fully equipped kitchen area await you. On the small roof terrace you can relax wonderfully. The apartment is well connected in the Eutritzsch district - in 5-12 minutes you are by car, bicycle or tram at the main train station and city center. The space The apartment is preferably rented for several months (min. 20 nights, up to a maximum of 5 months until the end of September). So if you are in Leipzig for work, private or studying, you will find a great temporary home here;) The apartment is not suitable for cat allergy sufferers, as I have two cats myself, but they go abroad with me. You could bring your own cats (max 3) by arrangement;) 70 m²-size 2-room apartment in the attic (4th floor) of a quiet, family-friendly and bright old building in Leipzig. There is no elevator in the house, i.e. you should be fit in your legs;) The apartment is open plan and modernly renovated with high ceilings, parquet flooring and underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers plenty of space for cooking and baking and a small dining area with 2 chairs. Living room and the small roof terrace with seating invite you to relax. I don'T HAVE A TV. Feel free to use my desk with chair and external screen. In the bedroom, you can expect storage facilities as well as a 1.40 x 2.00 m bed. A second sleeping accommodation is in the living room. This measures 0.70 x 1.80 m and is therefore more suitable for smaller people, but is very comfortable. Unfortunately, the floor is very clairaudient - in the apartment itself you don't notice anything from the house, it is totally quiet, but the neighbors below me are happy if the lodger is quiet and considerate;)
