You have the option to: - rent the villa in total autonomy or - rent the villa and let yourself be served, by booking your meals in advance, of your choice: - breakfasts - brunches - dinners or - champagne tastings. The space Au gré des lis est: A guest house, a table d'hôtes / Family or Group gîte near Épernay. Au Gré Des Lis welcomes you in a rural and heavenly setting, for your short or long stays. You have the option to: - renting the entire cottage (in total autonomy) or - the entire villa and let us serve you, by booking in advance, your choice of meals (breakfasts, brunches, dinners, champagne tastings) Au Gré Des Lis is a 200 m2 single-story VILLA, with private swimming pool, heated, illuminated, covered and which can be uncovered. available from March 15 to October 15 (for water at 25°). These dates are indicative only and may vary depending on the weather. NORDIC BATH/JACUZZI from 10 to 14 places AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND IN ALL SEASONS FOR ALL YOUR EVENTS (water at 36°-40°) THE VILLA HAS: - Private parking secured by a portal - FREE internet, WI-FI and FIBER connection throughout the property, - a large fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher, opens to the living room and its central island with 10 seats, - the Living room (with 2-seater sofa bed) and - a convertible armchair (2 seats) - a dining room under a veranda with 14 seats that opens completely to the outside - the Pool Beach (the terrace) with: - Nordic bath/jacuzzi for 10 to 14 people, - two outdoor bars around the Nordic bath - bohemian sofa and deckchairs - view of the green and flowery garden of 1200 m2. Lily blooming (June-July-August) - a laundry room with (washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and household products) - a bathroom with toilet and changing table - a shower room with toilet - Individual toilet with double sink - a dormitory room with 5 beds: - 3 single beds of 90/190 (including 1 bunk bed) - 1 bunk bed for 2 people of 140/190) - with dresser - 3 master bedrooms with one bed per room with dimensions 140/190 - the villa has 3 additional extras (2 1-seater 90/190) with - dresser and TV - 2 outdoor PICNIC/BARBECUE spots with - 1 location in the shade of an apple tree - 1 other in the sun table with bench, tables - 2 American BBQ (with lid) with charcoal (charcoal at the expense of guests) - a secure children's play area at the back of the villa, from 0 to 8 years old. Guest access The fully-equipped RECEPTION KITCHEN under the veranda called "La Table des Lis" is PRIVATE. The RECEPTION kitchen IS NOT SHARED with guests. Access to the "Table Des Lis" is done: -on RESERVATION of MEALS in advance: - breakfasts -brunches -Dinners - Champagne tastings during your stay, or - through WORKSHOPS OF: COLLECTING and picking organic fruit from the orchard (cherries, imperial, white queens,mirabelles,quetsches, apples,pears, raspberries, blackcurrant, peaches of vines, blackberries,nuts , wild hazelnuts...) that we will share next and, - Preparations of jam ,or fruit in pots that we will all make together( for those who wish to do so ( depending on the season). participation in the workshops is free. Each will leave with 1 jar of jam or fruit in made pots or a basket of fresh fruit. or finally, -THE RECEPTION KITCHEN "La Table des Lis " can also BE PRIVATIZED and rented, IN ADDITION to renting the villa , for any event celebration (EVJF/EVJH, birthdays... etc. ) see all rates on our website.
