Au Gré Des Lis welcomes you in the heart of nature, between vineyards and Champagne forests. For your stay, you have 2 options: 1- Rent the villa by booking your meals in advance (breakfasts, brunches, dinners or champagne tastings) and let yourself be served, or 2- Rent the villa in total autonomy. The space AU GRÉ DES LIS is a family and group guest house for 14 people, located in POTERNE Hameau near Épernay (capital of champagne). It is a SINGLE-STORY villa, 200 m2, EQUIPPED - A TABLE D'HÔTES - RESTAURANT under the veranda - the TABLE DES LIS, with 25 seats that serves French cuisine, homemade, of the day, with seasonal products. - A PRIVATE, HEATED, LIGHTED, covered and uncovered SWIMMING POOL. available from March 15 to October 15, for water at 26°-27°. *These dates are indicative only and may vary from year to year, depending on the weather. - A NORDIC BATH-JACUZZI with 10 to 14 seats, for water at 38°-40°, AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND IN ALL SEASONS FOR ALL YOUR EVENTS. - A PRIVATE PARKING LOT SECURED by a gate for 4 to 5 cars, - Free internet connection, Wi-Fi and FIBER throughout the property, - a LARGE FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, open to the living room, with its CENTRAL ISLAND with 10 seats. THE LIVING ROOM is equipped with: - one with a 2-seater king size sofa bed - a 2-seater convertible armchair - a dining room under a veranda with 14 seats, which opens completely to the outside and to the pool deck, where the Nordic bath/jacuzzi for 10 to 14 people, surrounded by - two outdoor bars and - bohemian sofa and deckchairs, - view to the green and flowered garden of 1200m2 . Guest access The RESTAURANT TABLE is PRIVATE. It IS NOT SHARED with guests. The EVENING MEAL is ONLY accessible: - on MEAL RESERVATION, in advance: - breakfasts -brunches -dings or - Champagne tastings during your stay OR - through WORKSHOPS OF: PICKING of ORGANIC fruit from the orchard (cherries, imperials, queen claudias, mirabelles, quetsches, apples, pears, raspberries, blackcurrants, vine peaches, blackberries, walnuts, wild hazelnuts...) AND MAKING jam, or fruit in jars, pies, cakes for those who want it (depending on the season). PARTICIPATION IN THE WORKSHOPS IS FREE. Everyone will leave with 1 a basket of fresh fruit or the creation of their choice. FINALLY - LA TABLE DES LIS - "RESTAURANT" can also BE PRIVATIZED and rented, IN ADDITION to the villa, and the OAK SUITE, for any celebration of events (EVJF/EVJH, birthdays... etc.) INFORMATION AND RATES ON OUR WEBSITE...
