Expect bold, fun patterns, plush beds with premium linens, a dedicated workspace, fitness essentials, plus board and yard games—you name it, we’ve probably thought of it. At ~1,500 sq ft, The Quail offers plenty of room to spread out or come together. Gather in the dining room, living room, den, or on the spacious deck—or cozy up with a book in one of three bedrooms (K/Q/Q) plus a queen sleeper sofa in the den. There are two full baths (one tub/shower combo and one walk-in shower). Unwind in the hot tub after a long day, enjoy cocktails by the fire pit, or settle in for movie night on the 70” smart TV 🎬. SLEEPER SOFA INFORMATION 💤 The den features a comfy queen sleeper sofa—perfect for extra guests. Fresh linens are provided in the hall closet, or let us know ahead of time and we’re happy to have it made up before you arrive. FURNITURE MARKET Just 20 miles / ~30 minutes from High Point Furniture Market with an easy commute. Greensboro also offers great dining and entertainment—and we’re only 10 minutes from Piedmont Triad International Airport ✈️. 🐶 DOG FRIENDLY Well-behaved dogs are welcome (sorry, no cats / 2 dog limit). The backyard is fully fenced, and we provide pet supplies—bowls included—so your furry friend feels right at home. CENTRAL LOCATION 📍 Located in the Guilford Hills neighborhood, right in the heart of Greensboro—close to UNCG, A&T, downtown, the Greensboro Coliseum, Aquatic Center, Bryan Park, shopping, and restaurants. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house (with the exception of the owner' s closet & cabinets), drive, covered carport and private fenced backyard w/ deck & hot tub. Other things to note We’ve worked hard to think through all the little things that make a stay extra comfortable ✨—plenty of paper products, cleaning supplies, pet essentials, snacks and waters, a well-stocked coffee bar ☕, spa towels, bath products, premium linens, and comfy couches made for lounging. But none of that would matter without our amazing cleaning partners—we’re lucky to have the best team ensuring everything is spick & span and guest-ready for your arrival 🧼✨. Good to Know: The Quail is a single-level home, but there are approximately 5 steps to the front door. 🐶 PETS — WE WELCOME THEM Your four-legged travel buddies are welcome! The backyard is fully fenced 🌿 for safe exploring. We allow up to 2 dogs (sorry, no cats) with a $150 pet fee, which covers general wear and tear. Any damage beyond that will be charged separately. Please be sure to add pets at booking—if not listed, the fee will be applied during your stay. ♨️ THE HOT TUB Soak, relax, repeat. Directions for use are provided during your stay, and for longer visits we’ll coordinate service and cleaning to keep things fresh and ready for your next soak 🫧.
