The ground floor is divided into two units: the first consists of a living room with kitchen and one double bedroom served by a full bathroom, while the second unit features a double bed, living room, kitchen, and one bathroom. The first floor includes an additional cooking area, a living room with sofa bed, and two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with two single beds and a private en-suite bathroom. The property is completed by an independent annex equipped with three double bedrooms, one of which also includes a single bed, two bathrooms, a living room with sofa bed, and a kitchenette, accommodating a total of up to 16 guests. Outside, the villa offers a large paved courtyard, a playground area for children, outdoor showers for a quick refresh, and a built-in barbecue area perfect for outdoor dining. Guest access The villa features a large landscaped park with olive trees and a spacious paved parking area. Other things to note SERVICES NOT INCLUDED: * Bed linen and towels The first supply is optional and available at an additional cost of €15 per person (one-time fee). If needed, please inform the property before arrival. * Linen change Available upon request at an additional cost of €15 per person. * Tourist tax To be paid at check-in: €1.00 per person per night, from June 15th to September 15th, for guests over 16 years old. The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price. * Pets Pets are welcome in our villa and require an additional fee. It is mandatory to notify the property of their presence at the time of booking. Pets not communicated in advance may not be accepted or may result in an additional payment request on site. * Electric vehicle charging It is strictly forbidden to charge electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles using the sockets of the house or common areas, as they are not designed for this purpose. Included utilities refer exclusively to the normal use of the accommodation.
