Spacious room with seating space & garden London

This private room in a lovely ground floor flat is clean and spacious, and has it's own private garden (which only you will access). The room is large enough to have a seating area and feels private. The property is just a few minutes walk from Brixton Underground station, which is itself just 11mins to Oxford Street in central London. Brixton is known for it's vibrant music scene, experimental food places, and markets. The space As the space is large and has it's own privately accessed garden and living space (armchairs and coffee table). So it does not feel like you are living in a tiny flat or even with someone per se. The kitchen and the bathroom is all we share. I am, however, very friendly and more than happy to share food and a couple of beers and give tips on London/Brixton. Guest access Guests will have access to their room via a hallway (not the main living room). The room also has a tea/coffe station and an armchair / coffee table area and overlooks a large garden. It therefore feels private and spacious. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with me (who is neat and tidy). During your stay I like socialising with guests however will take your lead fully. I am happy to have a beer or two together or make some delicious food together. Other things to note I have been air b n b - ing the entire flat for a while and have 5 star reviews. So although new to renting a private room I am aware of guest needs and will be more than happy to help with anything that you may need.
