Lake Front Home with private dock. Best Sunsets!

Beautiful family friendly lake front house. Swim, fish, and enjoy a drink at your own private dock. Bring your boat and drop it right in lake Stella, or in Crescent Lake just 2 blocks away. Recently remodeled 3 bedrooms, 2 & 1/2 baths, open concept kitchen. This home is centrally located within walking distance to restaurants and local attractions,convenience stores, gas stations, local shops, and a short (5-minute drive) to a major supermarket. The space This home consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first level consists of a large foyer or sitting area, a decent size family living room, an open kitchen, and a large dining room that walks out to the yard and a mud/laundry room. The other half of the 1st floor is dedicated to a massive master bedroom retreat, featuring a luxury double walk-in shower, his and hers vanity sinks, a dedicated laundry room, and a giant master closet. The master wing also has radiant heated floors in the bathroom and laundry areas. The master bedroom walks out to the back yard and has a view of the lake. Two more bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom. One of the upper-level bedrooms can be set up as a dedicated work space. Currently, the home has 2 king size beds and 3 twin beds. When we have more guests, we set additional mattresses in the living room, upper porch, or anywhere the guests prefer. We do not charge extra for extra guests. Just let us know your needs so that we can prepare the extra mattresses, linens, towels, etc so you have what you need during your stay. We, the owners, love to cook, so you will find pretty much everything you need in the kitchen, including extra plates and silverware for larger parties. There's a BBQ grill outside as well. The dining room table sits 8 comfortably. Couches and chairs in the living room seat about 8 as well. There's an outdoor eating area with a table and umbrella, a firepit by the lake, and additional chairs on the dock. There are 2 TVs, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. The home was built in 1920 and while it conserves some of the original features of the time, it was thoroughly renovated in 2023 to bring it up to today's standards. It is located in Crescent City, FL, a cute little town that shows that old Florida charm reflected throughout. Guest access The property is centrally located on Main St. and backs to Stella Lake, which is approximately 317 sq acres in size. The property sits on a third of an acre of landscaped yard surrounding by ancient, giant oak trees and native plants which provide extra privacy and serenity to the setting. The driveway from Main St will lead you straight into an open 2-car garage or carport, or you can park cars and toys anywhere on the property, including boats!. The lake frontage is about 45 feet wide, and we have built a 40 feet long dock on the lake. The dock has a shaded seating area of about 20-15 where we have chairs and a small table. There's an old barn on the property that was apparently used as an orange packing center back in its day, and now mostly stores the owner's stuff and construction materials. Therefore, you may find it locked during your stay. Nothing else is off limits for our guests. Just treat the home as your own! Other things to note The home is on Stella Lake. Drop your boat on this lake, or the boat ramp at Crescent Lake is also just 3 blocks away. Don't feel like bringing a boat? There are plenty of boat rentals nearby. Crescent lake is part of the St. John's river, where you can navigate for miles on end. Explore the multiple fishing sites, visit nearby towns, and get to know the springs the river has to offer.
