You've made it..you escaped the hustle and bustle of the city and can finally kick back at the pool, visit over the firepit, or cozy up on the couch. Far enough to feel remote, but not too far to access the park quickly. The views from this 5 acres are breathtaking, the lot is flat and fenced for maximum enjoyment, and the stars shine brightly in the desert sky. So, grab your friends & family, pack your swim suit & and favorite sweatshirt and head out to enjoy your own "midnight at the oasis." The space The 4 bedroom house features a gorgeous remodeled kitchen and open floor plan great room. The spacious primary bedroom has an upgraded en suite bathroom and King size bed. There is also an additional king room, queen room, and double queen room. The guest bathroom was also updated to fit with the stylish design. But the true magic occurs outside where you can enjoy the heated pool and spa, reminisce around a built in firepit, cozy up in front of an outdoor fireplace, gaze at stars in the lounge net, or host dinner at the outdoor grill and dining table. Spa heat included all year long. Pool heat available ONLY March thru October for additional $200 per day(due to high market rate on propane). We don’t heat the pool during the winter due to extreme wear and tear on the equipment and inefficiency. Pool and spa share the same heater so only one can be actively heating. Pool heat can be slowed by use of the hot tub since the pool has a long lead time so if you plan to use the hot tub for many hours the night of your arrival let’s coordinate with a game plan to make sure it doesn’t effect your pool heat. Also please note the water in the pool will be a few degrees warmer than the remote states in the winter as the temp is measured outside of the pool in a location where the temp drops before reading slightly. Water is heated to mid-80s but may still feel cold depending on weather. Weather may also effect pool heat capabilities. Ask for more details. Guest access You have the entire house and outdoor amenities to yourself. The warehouse is kept as the owners private storage. Other things to note Spa heat included all year. Code compliance is strict in Joshua Tree. No parties, amplified sound outside day or night (yes that includes Bluetooth speakers), off roading, trespassing, or fires other than what is built in. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Code compliance gives no warnings and fines start at $1000 (noise fines start at $2,000) and go up exponentially.
