Petaluma offers great restaurants and a historic downtown. The space The house is located in a cul-de-sac neighborhood on the west side of Petaluma. It boasts four bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to provide a serene and cozy retreat after a day of exploring the wineries and local attractions. In addition to the four bedrooms, there is a separate nursery/kid's room equipped with a crib and a twin bed suitable for a baby, toddler or a child. The house has three fully-remodeled bathrooms, a living room with a dedicated 8-person dining area and a separate breakfast nook, a separate media room, and a separate office/workspace. It also has a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen featuring top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, and ample space to create culinary masterpieces. The serene spacious backyard overlooking beautiful majestic trees shields you from the outside world and offers an ideal sanctuary for quiet reflection or vibrant gatherings with loved ones. The house is on two levels: - As you enter the house on level one, you will encounter a media room on your left (with a 70-in TV) and a fully-furnished office on your right. A spacious entryway will lead you to a staircase to the second level, entry to the kitchen area leading to the main living room and dining areas, as well as separate small hallway leading to a bedroom and a fully-equipped bathroom. You can proceed to access the backyard from the kitchen/breakfast nook, from the living room, or from the bedroom. - On the second level, you will find a master bedroom with an in-suite bathroom, as well as two other bedrooms sharing a separate bathroom upstairs. There is also a nursery room as well as a fully-equipped laundry room a large front-load washing machine and a large dryer. - The backyard is surrounded by large trees giving you the feeling of relaxing in a forrest while you are minutes away from downtown Petaluma. Other things to note This is our primary home, and we are listing it because we will be traveling out of the country this year. Please treat it with respect.
