Equipped with an elevator for easy accessibility to every level, take a short ride to the top floor and be greeted by breathtaking views of the ocean and Elk Creek shimmering in the sunlight and wind-blown spruce trees swaying in the breeze. The open-concept kitchen, living and dining rooms are flooded with natural light and offer spectacular ocean views whether you are mixing up a cocktail at the wet bar, kicking back on one of the living room sofas, gathering around the eight-person dining table, or preparing a meal in the stunning kitchen. The show-stopping chef’s kitchen features a six-burner gas range with a griddle and dual oven, ready to prepare everything from morning pancakes to a full holiday spread. Barstool seating at the expansive kitchen island makes it easy to chat with the chef as you sip your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. The top floor deck located just off the living room features a gas grill and outdoor dining table for enjoying a meal with good company or a gorgeous sunset over the ocean. When the sun goes down, the spacious hot tub behind the house awaits a relaxing soak under the stars. Head down to the second floor when it’s time to rest and recharge after a full day of fresh air. The luxurious primary suite boasts heated tile floors and a spacious walk-in shower in the ensuite bathroom, ocean views, a Smart TV, and a large covered deck just around the corner. The blackout shades make it easy to drift off to sleep to the gentle roar of the ocean and get some extra rest on bright summer mornings. Just down the hall, the king bedroom and full-over-full bunk room are cozy places to catch an afternoon nap or a good night’s sleep. The full guest bathroom also features heated tile floors for an extra element of comfort. Have some work to do before heading to the beach? The work station located just outside the primary bedroom is a great place to soak in the ocean views as you wrap up those last few emails before heading out. Please obtain a free parking pass from Guest Services when parking on the street. A rental agreement will be sent 2 days prior to your arrival date. It will need to be signed prior to check-in.
