Our cozy house allows you to gather in a large space and enjoy stunning views of the St. Lawrence Estuary. Furnished in bungalow style, it has a large kitchen with built-in appliances, a large dining room. You will be assured of the comfort of the occupants. Enjoy a walk on private land with a trail and natural amenities, sit outside and enjoy the panoramic location while enjoying the BBQ area. The space Ground floor layout. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor and a staircase leading to two bedrooms on the basement level. A full bathroom is located on each floor. Two refrigerators are available. A large wooden terrace equipped with a BBQ and seating overlooking the farm and the St. Lawrence estuary completes the set. Private parking for unlimited vehicles. There is another completely independent adjoining residence (same owner). Guest access All on two levels except for the owner's property in a designated room.
