The room is in an old stone house, a 10-minute walk from Place de la Comédie. There is a large bed for two, a private shower and a kitchenette. The rest of the house is not available apart from the outdoor courtyard and a terrace. The space I have students living in my home year-round. The room I rent is a studio of 18 sqm with a kitchenette and private shower. The rest of the house is not available apart from the toilet downstairs and an internal courtyard. Other things to note I have a nice older dog
