This is my home when I’m not working overseas – so it’s furnished with high-end items from around the world (e.g. Moroccan hand-made carpets, and Middle Eastern, African, and European art). + The master bedroom has a new hybrid king bed, a separate vanity, black-out curtains, and walk-in closet with newly installed clothes storage system. + The 2nd bedroom has a new queen memory foam bed with luxury bedding, black-out curtains, and ample closet space. + Full bath with shower only (really great water pressure!) and bidet sprayer attached to toilet. + Keyless entry system, fiber gig wifi, streaming tv services on a 65” 4K Smart TV, in unit full-size washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, and efficient A/C and heat! + Relax on the private balcony to experience stellar views of Elliott Bay, the Olympic Mountain Range, and Downtown Seattle. The sunsets from the balcony are particularly stunning. +The complex has a heated pool and hot tub to enjoy after a long day or on a relaxing weekend. + One garage parking spot included. + All of Beacon Hill's attractions are within walking distance (10-15 min walk or 5 min bike ride) - light rail, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, & parks. + Easy Access to I5 & I90 and the airport. Bike and scooter shares abound, Gig car rentals nearby, and a bus stop across the street. + If requested, professional cleaning during your stay, for an extra fee. There is also a bus stop across the street that provides direct service to Downtown or Capitol Hill ($2.75 for two hours of bus riding – buy tickets on the Transit GO app). - The unit includes a garage parking spot for any mid-size or smaller vehicle. Free street parking is also typically available within a block. - If you don't have a car but would like to use one for the day or per hour, Gig Car Share is available and cars are usually available within a 5-10 min walk (I use it all the time.). Scooter and bike rentals are usually within a block. Other things to note - This is a residential community that allows 30+ day stays only. A simple and quick background check and standard lease are required when booking.
