This clean and comfortable cabin sits on 2.5 very private acres and surrounded by mature trees, so feels like you are alone in the woods. This is not your typical crowded resort. This is a quiet piece of paradise in the mountains. It is fully furnished, and includes all the comforts of home. The cabin is close to virtually every outdoor activity and hiking trails, but once you are there, you may never want to leave the cabin! Only 20 minutes to both Jordanelle and Deer Creek Reservoirs, 30 minutes to Park City and three options for 18 holes of golf just minutes away (Wasatch Golf Course, Homestead Golf Course, Soldier Hollow Golf Course). You can mountain bike, snowmobile and ride ATV's right from the property up numerous trails throughout the canyon. Park City, Deer Valley, Canyons and Sundance Ski resorts are less than 30 minutes away. There is a fireplace with blower that heats the entire cabin. The downstairs also has electric base board heaters if needed during a cool evening. There is no central air or heat. Nightly cool breezes with open windows keeps the cabin cool. It is located up Snake Creek Canyon, just two miles west of the Wasatch Golf Course in Midway, Utah. It has a completely stocked kitchen with place settings for 8. With regards to sleeping accommodations, there is one small bedroom downstairs with a Queen bed next to the one bathroom. Two upstairs bedrooms each have a Queen bed. They are all comfortable mattresses with soft sheets and bedding. There is an upper deck accessible from the upstairs. The cabin has High speed Wi-Fi with Hughes net satellite. There is good cell phone reception. We do not have a TV screen or TV network, keeping the cabin as quiet and free of "outside" noise as possible. The gravel driveway to the cabin is spacious and can accommodate up to 6 cars. There is a fun play area for the children with a slide and playhouse. For the golf enthusiast there is a one hole putting green. There is also a hammock in the trees to nap or relax on. The cabin is completely cleaned and sanitized after each stay in accordance with the CDC guidelines My goal is for you to have a comfortable, enjoyable stay. This is not managed by a property management company but by my husband and I. We are happy to answer any questions, provide recommendations to favorite restaurants, or anything else that arises. You are in the heart of the woods surrounded by Wasatch State Park and beautiful Uintah and Wasatch mountains. There are cabins near by but you feel secluded with the set back of the cabin. The area has a multitude of hiking trails, mountain bike trails, ATV and motor cross trails. A short drive takes you to the Wasatch Park Archery range, 3 Golf Courses, Fishing Pond, and the town of Midway. There is no Uber or Taxi's in midway, a private vehicle is needed.
