House with terrace, quiet, close to Paris

I suggest you enjoy my home for a night, a weekend or a vacation. I bought this pretty house two years ago, I feel really good there and I think it will be welcoming for those who want to spend a stay in our area. You will enjoy the absolute calm on the terrace, its proximity to Paris (10 minutes' walk from the RER A). You will be, for example, 5 minutes to La Défense, 15 minutes to the heart of Paris, 30 minutes to Versailles, 20 minutes to Stade de France. The space It is often said of my house "that it looks like a vacation home"! So why not yours, for a stay, to visit Paris, but also the Paris region? I live there all year round, so you will find everything that is essential: equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction stove, toaster, espresso coffee machine... You will have at your disposal a washing machine, iron, books, board games, Netflix, Wi-Fi connection. Beds will be made upon arrival and towels will be provided. Toiletries will also be provided, as well as a hairdryer in each bathroom. My south/south west facing terrace will allow you real rest time after a day of sightseeing or work. At your disposal, garden furniture, dining area, hammock, gas barbecue/plancha, brazier. We are fortunate to have the RER A and the SNCF ST LAZARE line, very close, so convenient for all your trips, without worrying about traffic. Parisian airports are 30/40 minutes away. If you come for a business trip, you will also appreciate its geographical location, close to La Défense or the center of Paris in a maximum of 15 minutes. The Stade de France is a 20-minute drive away, extremely convenient for getting to various sporting events. My parking space is available, 50 m from the house. I look forward to seeing you.
