Villa Toscana with a pool

The space Villa Tuscan built by stone in 1845 and completely leans on a rock , its a very quiet and peaceful part of Lustica penisula , well connected with Tivat,Budva and Kotor. The space Villa consists of 2 floors. Ground floor is set from spacious living room with dining room and fully equipped kitchen,space for washing and drying cloths and a washroom. From living room you have access to wooden terrace with sitting area ,dinning table and summer kitchen. Below the terrace itself,there is a stone water tank made in the rock when there was no city water in that time when Villa was built,which has also been renovated. The pool with inner stairs is situatred on the other cascade bellow wooden terace, with deckchairs. Upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms and bathroom - between rooms there is a room closet,one of the room have king-size bed and access to the spacious terrace , while the second room has 2 single beds . The last floor is one open area with living room, king size bad and bathroom and also terrace with beutiful view on churches. Villa are covered by Wi Fi signal, which is free of charge. The same applies for cable channels on flat-screen TV. Villa is covered with air-conditioned. Guest access Guests have access to everything inside the villa, along with the swimming pool, patio with outdoor. Towels and linens are regularly changed. Free parking is also available.
