"VILLA MAR", on the beachfront

The house has a spacious and bright living room overlooking the beach, equipped with two sofas, a 65” TV, a hammock, an extendable dining table, and a desk. It connects to its own terrace with a balcony from which you can enjoy the magnificent ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, breakfast bar with coffee makers and microwave, toaster, blender, juicer, kettle, oven, ceramic stovetop, iron, clothesline, cleaning products, and kitchen utensils and tableware (glassware, dishes, cutlery, and tablecloths). It has two full bathrooms with shower and three large bedrooms: two with two single beds each, and another with a double bed and private bathroom. It also has an outdoor terrace, at the entrance of the house, and a fabulous terrace at the top of 60m equipped as a solarium with artificial grass, solar shower, umbrella, hammocks, armchairs and outdoor table and chairs, where you can sunbathe, in total privacy, and/or relax enjoying the spectacular views of the Mazarrón coast and the “Sierra de las Moreras”: sea and mountain from the same enclave. The house has air conditioning (summer-winter) in the living room and bedrooms and its own parking space. Guest access “Villa Mar” is located in an area that has various amenities and possibilities: supermarkets, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, bus service, trendy beach bars... The environment is conducive to different recreational activities throughout the year: tourist and cultural routes, walks along the different beaches, hiking, visiting the archaeological site, walking tour of the naturist coves or using the electric vehicle rental services (bicycles and/or Buggis) to explore its paradisiacal surroundings. There are also diving schools and companies where you can rent small boats, kayaks or paddle surfing, to enjoy adventures at sea.
