The Seaglass Cottage

A charming and quiet space with lovely natural lighting. The cottage is situated in a hidden garden,just a seven minute walk ( 2 blocks )to a our beautiful beach. The beach is becoming a beloved summer destination but ,the “off season”is when we really shine! The bay waters sparkle from the warm sunshine and the water stays a comfortable temperature far into the autumn! Our Sunsets are unforgettable! Fisherman enjoy surf casting year round.Kayaking and paddle boarding are popular year round. The space The cottage is 2 stories .Upstairs has high airy ceilings , gabled windows,a queen sized bed,a full bath , a kitchenette ,with small fridge , sink , microwave, coffee pot ,an electric tea kettle and a toaster. Downstairs has a quality queen sized sofa bed ,a roomy half bath and a breakfast nook/ workspace area. There is an out door shower in a sweet natural setting for rinsing off after a day on the beach ! Outdoors there is a new gas grill, a fire pit , an umbrella topped table with seating for four guests! Guest access The entire cottage and back yard patio around the pool ( including a rustic,natural outdoor shower!) The cottage is just 20 feet from the hosts private residence. The host will be watering plants and tending to keeping the backyard and pool tidy. Other things to note There is a pool in close proximity to the cottage . It is available to guests to enjoy for an added charge of $50 per day. Guests must sign a liability waiver upon arrival. The pool use payment must be made through the Air B and B resolution center.
