The space This 19th century Farmhouse is situated on 10 acres of land that allows for beautiful Catskill Mountain View’s and stunning nightly sunsets. The property offers plenty of space for kids to run and play or for long family walks through the meadow. The charming kitchen has been fully stocked to cook a meal for the family and enjoy dinner in the dining room overlooking the Mountains. Relax in the light filled sunroom with a book or just to enjoy the beauty of the natural landscape any time of day and in any weather. I cozy up on the spacious, living room couch to watch a movie on the 57” ROKU TV. The TV is internet connected and allows access to any streaming platform you may need. Fiber optic internet insures high quality internet speed all throughout the house. Each bedroom is made up with fresh clean linens prior to your stay and offers a private desk space and full closet for clothing storage. All sheets and blankets are 100% cotton, pillows are down alternative, and we use scent free products throughout the house. Each Bedroom has its own Window AC and ceiling fans for those hot summer days when the cool mountain breeze is not enough. Guest access Guests have access to the entire 4 bedroom, 2 story home as well as the 10 acre property. Other things to note We have one neighbor who shares our 10 acres and is visible from the Farmhouse. You may occasionally see them if they are home.
