The house is a semi-detached villa of 180 square meters on two floors located outside the walls of Castelfranco di Sopra, a small village built in 1300. It can accommodate up to 6 adults with two children aged 0 to 4 years. The space The house is on two floors and is surrounded by a large garden. On the ground floor there is a large entrance with a large living room, kitchen, twin or double bedroom overlooking the garden, bathroom with shower and veranda. Upstairs there are: a large double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have a bathroom with shower inside. Also, from each of the bedrooms you can access the terrace which has a view of the mountain. The house is large and welcoming, with plenty of space to play with the children or to work in peace. Guest access All accessible areas are delimited by plants or railings. The fireplace inside the ground floor bedroom is not usable. The small kitchen and the utility room upstairs are not usable, but are private spaces for the cleaning lady. Other things to note The house is located about 30 minutes by car from Florence and Arezzo and about 45 minutes from Siena.
