An hour from Paris, in the countryside, at the end of a path, you can enjoy absolute calm, in a 2-hectare park. This former caretaker's house, close to an inhabited family mansion, built in the 18th century, allows you to spend a bucolic stay. The house was renovated in 2022 with old and environmentally friendly materials. The 30 m2 floor area with four exposures, gives a very warm atmosphere. No pets, no parties :) The space Ground floor: Living room / Kitchen. The house is very well insulated, a wood stove is the only mode of heating. 1st floor: Bedroom (1 double bed 160*200 or 2 single beds 80*200) / Bathroom (bathtub), electric radiator in every room.
