Welcome to our lovely fully equipped studio, located in Villeneuve de la Raho, 3 km from the lake and 20 minutes from the beaches. Our studio is located in a large family farmhouse in the middle of the vineyards where you will have a separate entrance, free parking and access to the farmhouse pool from 06/15 to 09/15. Our studio is perfect for a couple looking to get away and enjoy the sun and tranquility. We look forward to welcoming you to our haven. The space Upon arrival: - Parking space at the entrance to the farmhouse - Independent entrance at the back of the farmhouse - Terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs In the studio: - Sofa bed 160 X 190 cm - Table + 2 chairs - Storage - Kitchen with stove + oven, fridge - Bathroom with toilet + shower Swimming pool access from 6/15 to 9/15 Other things to note The pool is a shared space. ⚠️Minor children are the sole responsibility of adults at the pool. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
