The space You’ve found your home away from home. This newly built townhouse is quiet, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for both working and vacationing in Seattle. The ground floor features a cozy bedroom with a queen bed (hybrid spring/memory foam mattress), a large vanity area, and a nearby bathroom with a tub and shower. This level offers privacy and easy access without stairs—ideal for guests who prefer a ground-floor bedroom. One level up, relax in the main living space with a 40” TV and comfortable sofa sleeper. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for home-cooked meals. Head upstairs to the rooftop patio to enjoy city and mountain views, outdoor seating, a dining table, and a gas grill. The top-floor primary bedroom features a king bed (hybrid memory foam mattress) and beautiful morning light. Both bedrooms include TVs and dedicated desk spaces, making the home well suited for remote work. High-speed internet, luxurious linens, and heating and A/C in all living and sleeping areas ensure year-round comfort. For added convenience, a full-size Samsung washer and dryer are located just inside the front door. Families are welcome. The home is equipped with toys, baby gates, outlet covers, a high chair, baby bath, and Diaper Genie to support a safe and comfortable stay. Other things to note Plenty of free street parking is available, and there's a reserved spot for a very compact car (less than 180 inches) behind the unit. Note the two flights of stairs (three to the patio) and a washer/dryer on the ground floor. We have a strict no smoking policy (tobacco & 420) for indoors and outdoors on the property. This includes the front steps and roof patio due to the close proximity to the neighbors. If you or any of your guests are smokers, it may be best to find a more suitable location. My townhome is a convenient 10 minute walk to a bus stop for downtown Seattle (E Line) or a 10 minute drive by car to the city center. The airport is 20 minutes away by car, and the cruise terminal is a 15-minute drive. Situated a 5-minute walk from Woodland Park Zoo and 10 minutes from Greenlake, it's an ideal spot for urban nature lovers. Enjoy a scenic 3-mile jog around the lake or a family day at the zoo.
