Relax and unwind in our villa with private access to the pool and stunning sunset views of the Corinthian bay. The villa is located near the top of a hill overlooking 7 acres of land with over 300 olive and fruit trees and as of January 2025 is fully air conditioned. The property is located around 200m away from the sea shore with access to a small private beach. A short 20 minute drive away from the bustling tourist town of Loutraki, famous for its casino and thermal spa. The space Villa Korinna is spacious and serene with a 15m pool, garden and terrace with gorgeous views It has two floors with the living room, dining area and kitchen at the top and 4 bedrooms located on the cooler floor below. All rooms include ensuite bathrooms, air condition, bedsheets, towels and portable fans. The villa belonged to my grandmother who loved spending her summers here. It is a semi-detached property and is right next to my family’s personal summer house. Guest access You’ll have access to the pool, garden, outdoor dining area and verandas. If you’d like to use the bbq facilities you can do so upon request. Other things to note The farm is one and a half hour distance from Athens and twenty minutes from the city of Loutraki. Loutraki is wonderful Spa city famous for its thermal baths and Casino. Here you can find shops, super markets, tavernas, restaurants, coffee shops and night life. Loutraki beach is 3,5 km long and begins from the Isthmos channel and finishes at the coastal park of Loutraki. During the day you can enjoy the sea as well as water sports (jet skiing, scuba diving, bananas, rings, water skiing and many more) 14 km to the west is Vouliagmeni lake, with stunning sandy beaches, beach bars and traditional Greek tavernas serving fresh local seafood. Nearby is the archaeological site of Heraion, where you can swim right next to the ancient ruins of the temple of Hera. It also has a lighthouse, perfect for stunning photos, especially at sunset. At Gerania you can visit the Saint Patapius monastery, built in the 11th century. The monastery stores the 4th century AD relic of St. Patapius and the relic of St. Hypomone the mother of the last Byzantine emperor. It has an impressive view of Northern Peloponnese, Saronikos bay and the Isthmus channel and is a very unique cultural experience. You can also sail across the Isthmos Channel by boat, or if you're feeling extra daring you can do bungee jumping! Registration Details 00001894024
