A large terrace overlooks the turquoise waters of Simpson Bay with an unobstructed view of ships entering and exiting the lagoon. Saba, Statia and St. Kitts are all within clear view from the unit. Includes maid service during the week. Guest access The private gated 12-unit complex can be accessed on foot through a keycode gate as well as through the parking gate.
