Welcome to our 1920 Victorian home in the heart of Hot Springs, perfectly blending historic charms with modern comforts. Located just two blocks from Bathhouse Row, you'll have access to restaurants, museums, hiking and biking trails, and the bathhouses. The space As you enter the 1920 Victorian home, you will find a large foyer with a beautiful staircase and a baby grand piano. The large rooms have high ceilings throughout, and are bathed in light from the large windows. There is a gas fireplace in the living room, and another in the dining room. The kitchen has been updated to include a 6-burner gas stove top, stainless steel appliances, coffee bar, and large island with bar stools. There is a half bath on the ground floor, and there are two full bathrooms on the second level (including an en suite for the master bedroom). There are 3 bedrooms, and all bedrooms are upstairs. The front porch has a large porch swing and two rocking chairs. The backyard has a large covered patio with a table for six, and several other seating areas, along with two fire pits. The hot tub awaits you as you exit through the sliding doors in the formal dining room. Guest access Guests may use all of the facilities and features of the house, back yard, front porch, patio, and parking area. The garage is not available to guests. The garage is for the use of the owners only. There is an apartment above the garage with its own driveway entrance that is occupied by your host, Ingram. You are allowed to use his parking spot in front of the garage. He parks on the gravel pad by the fence to make his spot available to guests.
