It has 3 separate bedrooms. Sightseeing, nightlife, BER Airport and the main station are within easy reach. The check in is done online and contactless. The space The 3-bedroom apartment with 90 sqm are an barrier-less / barriere-free apartment and can accommodate up to 11 people. When designing, value was placed not only on the design but also on implementing the criteria for accessibility and inclusion, especially in the bathroom and the interior doors. Wi-Fi is free of charge in the entire accommodation. Free public parking is available right outside the front door. If you wish, you can also book a parking space (15 euros/day), subject to availability. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected before each check in. Towels and bedding are of course included in the price. Cribs are available on request. The bright, spacious apartment features a spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa bed, a sleeper chair, as well as a large kitchen and a cozy dining area. The open-plan eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. The bathroom has a rain shower and a toilet. In addition, the apartment has 3 separate bedrooms. You will also find several bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Guest access The apartment is all to yourself. Before your arrival you will receive an invitation for our online check-in. After the execution you will receive your personal door code, with which you can enter your apartment, on the day of your arrival from 3 pm, without personal interaction. Other things to note To make your arrival as easy as possible, we will send you a link for your online check-in three days before your arrival. After completing the online check-in, you will receive your personal door code for the apartment and other important information. We will also ask you for a damage deposit of between 150.00€ and 400.00€, depending on the size of the apartment. The deposit will be reserved in your Pay Pal account or on your credit card, but will not be debited and will be released approximately 24 hours after a damage free check-out.
