The space A fully renovated cozy country house, with well-kept gardens and a large swimming pool (4.5 m x 9.5 m) with large terraces to enjoy the sun and tranquility. The house has a large living room connected to the dining room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one of them with an en-suite bathroom), a spacious and bright barbecue with kitchen, a wood stove (free firewood) and a large table to enjoy long and cheerful after-dinner gatherings. Fully equipped; A/C in the bedrooms, living room and barbecue; smartTV; Wi-Fi with coverage up to the pool ... The estate is located 3 km from the village of Binissalem (well known and appreciated for its wines and stately houses and buildings), practically in the center of the island. That's why in a short time you can reach any point on the island: Palma 22 km away, Inca 7 km away, Alcudia and Pollensa beaches 30 km away... Guest access The property has about 4800m2 of land and is fully fenced. It has a large parking area. It has a large swimming pool with hammocks to enjoy the sun; as well as a spacious and well-kept garden where you can spend relaxing afternoons. Other things to note - A DEPOSIT IN CASH of 250€, refundable upon departure of the customers will be required if there has been no damage. - ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION will be paid: At the entrance and at the exit of the Estate, the electric meter will be taken and the kilowatts will be paid. Price kwh: 0.35 euros/kwh. - Minimum stay: Minimum stay is 7 nights, but there is flexibility of days depending on availability. - CLEANING: €100 included in payment breakdown. - Check IN/out Check-in: Arrivals cannot access the estate by 4pm. We have flexibility, depending on availability. Check OUT/ CHECK OUT: The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure. - PETS are allowed. - POOL and GARDEN maintenance: 2-3 times per week (according to needs) the pool and garden will be cleaned. *** NO SMOKING ALLOWED. *** PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED.
