The space Bedroom # 1 master bedroom which was just renovated with a stylist wall unit featuring a new Samsung tv. Remote control fan is overhead to keep you cool on the warm nights and new block out shades added. Bedroom #2 is equipped with bunk beds if you choose. Double on the bottom. Single on the top along with a double closet. Black out pull down blinds. Designed for the sports lover with a Toronto Raptors theme throughout. Bedroom #3 is a sunken bedroom, which features high ceilings and bright picture windows with a large closest with a double bed. Just newly painted in February 2025. The downstairs bedroom, which comes with a queen bed, includes a 43-inch TV, large closet space and is connected to a full bath and just added an air conditioner in 2025 The open-concept kitchen is fully loaded with a fridge/freezer, new wall oven and induction cook top, microwave, and dishwasher. Other kitchen accessories include a Keurig coffee machine, blender, slow cooker, air fryer and toaster. All cookware and dishes are provided. Overlooking the kitchen is the dining room table, which seats up to six, for a family dinner or gather around the bar stools. The main living room was just freshly painted. It has a classic island artwork, new dark coloured leather furniture which all recline. A beautiful feature wall unit with a fireplace and 55-inch smart tv to enjoy all your tv shows Guests can head downstairs to enjoy the 65-inch Smart TV while curled up on the reclining love seat, chair, or couch. The TV rests on a home entertainment system, featuring a fireplace and movie theatre sound quality. Perfect spot to catch up on Netflix’s or your favourite shows. The next room over you can get your heart rate up on our treadmill and Leg Magic or put in a DVD for a workout. Yoga mats are provided as well as new dumbbells just added this year , step platform and weight bench. The room also features an area with crokinold , backgammon and card games, checkers, scrabble, and other games as well as movies for the children. Further down the hall you will find a standing shower and a ready-to-use new washer and dryer . In the second full bathroom connect to the last bedroom as mentioned earlier. Outside features a double driveway with a basketball net to the side. The private large-space backyard behind the house is perfect for entertaining and playing games with the whole family. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the home except for the backyard shed and two basement storage rooms.
