The House (3 bed 4-6 people) is beside a self contained flat (2-4 people 1 db bed 1 db sofa bed), own front doors but accessible to each other. Both have own gardens but can be combined. EV charger Set in a cul de sac in quiet village and very near the Wedding venue of Whaplode Manor and ideal for a large wedding group or a large group working in the area Both have fast wi fi and full kitchen and washing machines. There's a local drinking pub 5 mins walk Spalding & Holbeach 9 mins . The space The House it is set out like a family home, with the bedroom and general areas of the kitchen, living room and dining room set up just like a family home. The main bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of storage The Flat is on one level and has a small kitchenette area, but with washing machine, and fridge and freezer. There is a double bed and if needed, a double sofa bed. Both have gardens. If needed the garden can be combined buy opening the gate between. Guest access The House does have stairs and are fairly steep, so the less able may have to take it slow. (like me) All the downstairs areas are on the level with no step-ups. The bedrooms are spacious and have large windows which can be open. The flat is all on the level, with a small step up into the property and the garden. There is a bath with a shower above. Other things to note The house is down a un adopted road, which is a dead end. We are surrounded by countyside and indeed have The Spalding Cricket club just a stone throw from us. The parking is on the main gravel area outside the property, but there is also additional parking opposite the properties which is on the verge.
