Quirks: 1) This is a character-filled older home with wood features throughout. During warmer weather, some guests have noticed a natural wood scent in the closets—this is simply part of the charm and authenticity of the space. We do our best to keep everything fresh and comfortable, and provide natural deodorizers to ensure a pleasant stay. 2) The tub plumbing is original and is not replicable. Sometimes the cold tap disconnects. To turn it off you push towards the wall and turn clockwise. We have instructions on the bathroom door. Guest Registration: We offer our two bedroom home for under $100 a night because we genuinely want guests to enjoy this unique space. Every additional guest adds more wear, more work, and more cost, so we keep rates affordable by charging less for fewer guests. Additionally, for safety and insurance reasons, and out of respect for everyone on the property, all overnight guests must be registered.
