Description
Elegant, modern static caravan at Southerness Parkdean in a great location with sea views of the Solway Firth. Literally a stones throw from the beach (see photos). All the mod cons including dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, 43" TV with SMART capabilities, full size fridge / freezer etc. Sleeps 4 in the two bedrooms, or up to 6 with the pull out sofa. Has a full shower room plus en-suite WC to the master bedroom. Lockable side and rear veranda to keep your pets safe. We allow up to two dogs. The space A 2021 Carnaby 37ft x 12ft caravan. Light and airy and being so new, it is really well insulated. Being a two bed version rather than the three bed version, the bedrooms are slightly bigger and more comfortable. Modern, light interior with a proper dining table for four people, electric fire with mood lighting, and a wrap around sofa for up to six people. The main bedroom has a king sized bed rather than your usual double and plenty of storage space with two wardrobes. Even the twin room has a double depth wardrobe and small desk area. Has the full Parkdean Connect+ on the TV so you can watch iPlayer / Amazon Prime etc, plus we also have a WI-FI receiver installed so you can connect your phone to the Parkdean Customer WI-FI (it's free for normal internet, or if you want streaming on your phone you can connect to that online for a small fee). Guest access We have a key box so you can let yourself in. No need to go to the reception. I'll send a code on check-in day. You get a great view of the sea from the decking. The beach entrance path is less than 100 yards away. Additionally, when you stay on site you can buy Parkdean entertainment passes for around £10 (slightly varies dependent on what they have on). This gives you access to things like the swimming pool, and the big entertainment complex during season. Other things to note Gas central heating and oven / hob. Full height fridge / freezer. In Lakeland View, the quieter side of the park, right next to the beach. Only 3-5 minute walk to the entertainment centre / on site shop, depending on your walking pace! It's a super friendly pet friendly park - although you cannot take dogs into the onsite restaurant etc....but you can in the nearby pubs! The pubs, golf club and the tea caddy are right outside the park. They are around a 2 to 3 minute drive from the actual caravan, or a 10 minute walk through the park. (There is a shortcut from the road way, ask me about it!) There are dog walks and miles of beach everywhere so the perfect place to bring the pooch and explore.
