The property is located in the urbanization La Sella, the environment is perfect to relax and disconnect. The location is very quiet but at the same time it is very close to Denia and Jávea which have incredible beaches, parks, countless restaurants and a lot of leisure activities. The space *IMPORTANT INFORMATION* According to Decree-Law 9/2024 of August 2nd from the Valencian Community, a property is only considered a tourist accommodation if it is rented to the same guest for a period of 10 consecutive days or less. Therefore, the official maximum stay for tourist use is 10 days. If you would like to stay longer, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. Outdoor area The chalet has an enclosed garden of 600 m2 divided into a relaxation area with a small pool for refreshment, 2 wooden hammocks, 1 hammock under palm trees, a dining area with table and chairs, a veranda with sofas, a barbecue and private parking. Inside Upon entering the house you will find a spacious living-dining room with a large open kitchen with breakfast bar, a full bathroom with rain shower and a bedroom with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of a small forest, wooden ceilings with exposed beams add to the cosiness, the en-suite bathroom also includes a rain-effect shower and a large built-in wardrobe. The house also has a laundry room. All rooms except the laundry room have mosquito nets. The living-dining room and bedrooms have radiators. Other things to note Near the property is the Giramondo restaurant, popular in the area, a tennis and paddle club, an equestrian centre, a small supermarket and a pharmacy. For all golf lovers, La Sella Golf offers a beautiful 18-hole golf course. Nearby is Jesús Pobre, a charming village where every Sunday there is a small market with live music and stalls selling local delicacies. The surrounding area is perfect for unwinding, the Marina Alta with the Montgó Natural Park offers countless routes for hiking, walking and mountain biking.
