Come and experience the best of both worlds at The Farm. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire property, we ask that you be gentle around the barns as they are very old. Other things to note Here are some things to know / rules before booking 1. All reservations are given a $500 utilities allowance, BUT ALSO we require a $1,000 utilities deposit. This extra deposit will cover any utilities (water, gas, electric), that goes above $500. Whatever is not used from this deposit is returned to you after your stay. 3. Swim at your own risk, there is no lifeguard on duty. 4. Pool is not heated 6. This is an older house, however its been fully remodeled. 7. We do not advise having children playing in the barns alone, they are very old. 8. No guests allowed without pre-approval from host. 9. There are motion activated security cameras on the outside of the home, nothing inside. 10. No smoking indoors, outdoors ok. 11. This is a VERY quiet area. Please keep noise level down.
