Room close to Princes Risborough station so easy links to London, Bicester Village or Oxford by train. Close to Aylesbury and Stoke Mandeville Hospital by car. Just a short walk to town to pubs and restaurants . Quiet cul-de-sac location, private road. Great for walkers. There are no meal options available. The room has a standard double bed. The space Comfortable clean double bedroom, sole private use of bathroom, parking on the private entry road. Standard double bed. As I live in the property it’s not suitable for all day stays. Tea and coffee is available and can be made in the kitchen. Guest access Access to bedroom, bathroom and use of some kitchen facilities such as kettle, fridge and microwave. Other things to note Quiet location, private road, close to town. Parking is on the entry road and is private. No breakfast option
