No parties or ever events allowed if not discussed with hosts prior. House Rules: This space is made for maximum 4 people (if not booking for a planned event) and all have to be listed when booking. Charges will apply. No smoking of any type allowed. $200 charge will apply. Quiet hours ( no loud music) are 10 pm on weekdays and 11 pm on weekends. No rescheduling allowed within cancellation period.
