Our home is sunny and spacious with high ceilings and unique furnishings and original art, with a large front patio with comfortable seating and lake view, all near downtown Charleston and the sandy beaches of Sullivan Island and Isle of Palms. Walk to our many neighbourhood restaurants , use our bicycles to discover the beautiful low country. The space Our home has a master On the main floor ( queen size bed) and 4 bedrooms on the second floor ( One king and 3 queen size beds) . A small dining room near kitchen can accomodate 4 /6 , a larger table for outside diners on the back porch will accomodate 6/8. Our front porch has a round table for 4. The small plunge pool located in the small back courtyard, has access to a full bath on the lower level as well as a fridge and kitchenette. The home is located on a very quiet street in a pedestrian friendly private neighbourhood, only a few minutes from all the attractions, museums and Restaurants of downtown Charleston (less than 4 miles) and all the Ocean beaches of Sullivan Island ( 4.5 miles) and Isle of Palms. Our neighbourhood has 4 restaurants and a deli to walk to. Easy drive to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and many other supermarkets… Guest access Guest will have access to the whole house, except for the lower level guest suite that will be closed for the storage of owner’s private items.
