Come and settle in at our house in the heart of the Berry countryside between Bourges and Sancerre. Fully renovated, spacious and cosy, with a wood-burning stove. Located among woods, vineyards and farmland, a stone's throw from the potters' village of "La Borne", the Jean Linard Cathedral, the Château de Pesselière and the vineyards of Menetou Salon, 15 minutes from Sancerre and Pouilly-sur-Loire, and 20 minutes from Bourges. Village with shops 10 minutes away. (This cottage is on several booking sites). The space Independent 🌳house composed on the ground floor: - a large dining room with beams, period flooring on the ceiling, and a wood burning stove (we provide wood). - A modern kitchen with exposed beams, fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, tassimo, coffee maker, microwave) - a back kitchen with washing machine - Restroom. Upstairs: - 2 large bedrooms with 160x200 beds (+ 1 bunk bed). - a 3rd space with a 2nd large living room composed of a click-clack with games for children. The bed will be made for your arrival. - spacious bathroom with Italian shower. - Restroom. A crib is available in the house. Large private courtyard for parking. Dish towels and bath mats available. (Towels not provided). We can add up to 2 extra beds for children (extra charge 10e/bed). Outside, a terrace under a pergola with garden furniture and BBQ on 1000m2 grounds. Parties are forbidden. We accept pets upon request. Commerce 10 minutes away by car. Guest access We live nearby, we will welcome you according to your arrival time in order to give you addresses and/or information for your stay😊. Other things to note Located 5 minutes from La Borne (village of Potiers) and the Jean Linard Cathedral, 20 minutes from Bourges and 15 minutes from Sancerre: canoeing and cycling along the Loire, Menetou-Salon with its castle to visit, Apremont and its park, and Avord (military base). Also 1 hour from the Guedelon site, 1 hour 30 minutes from the amusement park Le Pal and 2 hours from Beauval Zoo. Nature walk possible from the cottage 🌼💐. A note from the hosts: We are a couple with 2 teenagers. We live 5 minutes from the cottage and will be delighted to welcome you 😊. Please feel free to let us know if you have any further questions.
