Please note: The Studio is not fully equipped to cook. It has the basics of a studio kitchenette and is perfect if you're eating out a lot. It is such a sweet little space offering everything you could need for your solo or two person getaway. You will most likely be out and about exploring the best of Perth and enjoying the abundance of local eateries at your doors step. However, if you want to enjoy this tranquil space we ensure that you will have all the basics to not leave this 'home away from home'. The compact yet functional kitchenette has a a microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine and dryer. It does NOT have an oven and stove cooker so if you do want to cook full gourmet meals this may not be the right choice for your stay. The separate bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. There is a small nook with a desk and WIFI - perfect for those needing to get a little work in on their holiday or for those corporates who have come solely for the purpose of work (given the location and its ease of access to the City). The TV (albeit small) in the study nook does swing around so you can view from the comfy Queen bed. While this studio is attached to our primary residence which is mostly occupied, we can assure you that you will have ultimate privacy. You can pull up and park straight outside the studio and access the studio through its private entrance. Furthermore, you have your own private outdoor paved area complete with a little table and chairs to take in the tranquillity of the river and lush surrounds. It's pure bliss. NB: All guests are asked to sign and agree to our house rules, verify their ID, and pay a refundable security deposit of $250. This is done via our secure booking portal (DUVE). If you book via airbnb you are not required to pay the security deposit. Guest access You will have access to the entire Studio during your stay. Other things to note Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest portal. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and signing a rental agreement before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure).
