Our Home in The Valley

Welcome to our home in the Valley. We are licensed by The County of Prince Edward as an STA. A Century farm house with all the modern day amenities, conveniently located a short 10 minute drive to Sandbanks Outlet Beach, and the towns of Picton and Bloomfield. If you're looking for a boutique hotel please keep looking, we won't be offended, but if you're looking for a place that will wrap it's self around you like your favourite sweater we think we have what you're looking for. The space A large backyard and patio invite you back to relax after your day, whether it was spent at the beach or out visiting the many wineries, craft breweries or art studios The County has to offer. If the weather turns against you don't worry, we have a lovely large, fully equipped, eat in kitchen to gather in or a large TV room with a wrap around leather couch and a 58” TV. Wifi is available, but it's “County High Speed”, Netflix is an option but don't be surprised if you have to explain buffering to your kids. Our small 4 person hot tub is a wonderful way to relax at the end of the day, or to jump start your morning. We offer 3 bedrooms, a king with it's own 3 piece en-suite and two smaller bedrooms each with a Queen bed. There is a separate 2 piece bathroom upstairs and another full bathroom on the main floor. New this year, air conditioning has been installed, and we believe this will keep you comfortable during those warm summer days. You'll also find ceiling fans in all of the rooms to help you keep your cool ensure a restful nights sleep. This is our home, and you'll be reminded of it by the pictures left behind and the knickknacks on the shelves. We hope that our personal touches will help you relax and that while you're sharing our home while we are away, you'll feel like you're staying with friends. Guest access You will have access to everything in our home, except the basement, which is where we have storage and all the mechanical things. Other things to note We are on a well and septic system and ask that you respect your water usage. We have a reverse osmosis drinking water tap at the kitchen sink and a full filtration safe water system. Registration Details ST-2019-0218
