BURIA Apartment

A spacious minimalistic flat with a mediterranean heart. Private entrance, free parking and a big garden. The flat has all the essentials and more but you can always ask if you need something particular and we will try to make it happen. Perfect base to come to while exploring and enjoying all that our region has to offer. We have two shy cats and one very enthusiastic dog on this property so keep in mind that you will be their guest. Pets and kids are welcome but should always be supervised. The space The flat is located on the ground floor, has it’s own separate entrance and free parking in front of the house. The property is gated and has a big garden all-around the house [not fully fenced]. The flat has two big bedrooms with double beds and garden/valley view, a smaller walk-in closet to store your luggage and clothes, a fully equipped bathroom with a big shower and an open space living-kitchen area with fully equipped kitchen [dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, etc], dinning table, couch and tv. The washing machine is located in the garage. The garage can be used to store anything that takes to much space in the flat or is wet/dirty e.g. supboards/bikes/kayak/strollers/drying rack etc. There is plenty of space in the garden for your pets and kids to play and there is a dedicated outdoor dinning place with water, to chill or have a barbecue. Guest access The whole flat [except one locked room], garden and a part of the garage. Other things to note Please let me know before booking if there will be pets or kids with you and everything they might need to make them feel as at home as possible. We have a fully equipped baby crib and feeding chair upon request. TOURIST TAX (can be payed in cash in the apartment or via bank transfer): - Adults: 2,5€ per night - Children 7-17 years: 1,25€ per night - Children under 7 years old: FREE
