We did a partial renovation in 2023 after our previous tenant moved out and now we offer it to guests. It has a large double bed, a kitchenette and one bathroom. The shaded balcony overlooks our garden. The property has a bbq setup that is shared between our apartments. Guest access Guests have full independent access to the apartment. Parking space and bbq are shared with other guests of our other two apartments in the property. Our parking space can host over 8 cars so it will never become an issue.
